The Gardens at Cheshires, LLC
Dear John,
I am writing this letter as a recommendation on behalf
of Broadfield Gardens, in the event the need ever arises for a recommendation.
So often in today's world we hear more criticism, and less praise
for those involved in a service business. You have taken good care
of my plants for two years. I have had a few concerns, and or questions
that each time you have risen to the occasion, and given nothing
less than a courteous, thorough, and timely reply. I just wanted
you to know that I have the highest regard for the way in which
you have conducted yourself in these affairs, and appreciate the
time and trouble it may have taken you to respond.
I am enclosing last year's final statement for your
review. If you would ever care to use me as a reference call, I
would be happy to oblige. Hope you are surviving this brutal winter;
I look forward to the time when my plants will enjoy the out of
doors once again.
Sincerely,
Bonny Rogers
