We do not charge for plants that do not make it successfully through the storage season. We guarantee that your plants look as good as you expect or you don't pay. We refund the storage value of any plant that fails due to our failure to successfully over-winter it. There's always a number of plants that inadvertently get frosted before they're picked up and these are accepted for storage with the understanding that they may not survive. Also, the overall condition of every plant is indicated on your pickup receipt. Those with a questionable health situation are also accepted with the same stipulation.
